Q: Do the guest rooms have separate baths?
A: No. The second and third floors have full bathrooms
complete with showers.
There is also a powder room on the first floor.
Several rooms offer sinks.
Q: Do guests get to use the kitchen?
A: We offer a full size refrigerator,
microwave, toaster and coffee maker for our guests,
located conveniently on the first floor. We
also offer barbeque and picnic areas on the side
and back yards overlooking the lake.
Recyclable paper products are preferred since
there isn't an area for dish washing.
Q:
Can we use Jewel on the Lake's Canoe?
A: You sure can! Just ask us for
paddles, life jackets and help launching it.
Make sure to bring your camera to photograph the
abundant wildlife - beavers, swans and cranes to
name a few, as well as Cassadaga Lake's beautiful landscape!

Can I smoke or "smudge" my room,
burn candles or incense?
A:
Absolutely Not. Our home
is over 120 years old, we can't take the chance of
an accident and fire. We must also be
respectful of others and their allergies.

Once in Lily Dale, how easy is it
to get around?
A:
Everything from
workshop venues to shopping and dining is within
walking distance of the Jewel - We even have our
own Post Office to send Jewel on the Lake postcards
from!

Are Pets Allowed?
A:
No. Although we do
love animals! We must also be respectful of others
and their allergies.
